Michael Kelly

Director

Mike has an extensive 35 year property background initiating, managing and delivering large commercial and residential developments throughout Australia with major real estate and government corporations prior to focusing on his own brand of boutique projects with DBK. He is responsible for the company’s strategic direction in creating beautiful and liveable environments as specialists in the prestige apartment market. Mike oversees site selection and design, the funding and approval process, manages the project team and initiates each project’s marketing and sales.

Sam Di Blasio

Director

Guided by a philosophy of striving for excellence, Sam has a robust grounding in construction and development. Enhanced by a 50 year family heritage in building high-end residential homes throughout Sydney’s eastern suburbs, founded upon a reputation for superior quality, his entrepreneurial spirit provides him with the drive and direction for his integral role in the continuing success of the company. With more than 25 years experience in the construction industry, Sam maintains his hands on role in overseeing the day to day building process on each of DBK’s unique projects.

Adrian Di Blasio

Director

Starting from the ground up in an on-site role Adrian has an eye to continually improving and enhancing the delivery of projects. With 25 years construction and real estate experience Adrian is at the forefront of implementing new and innovative products and techniques to assure the continuing outstanding reputation of DBK projects. Adrian is closely involved in all aspects of the company’s operations from the procurement of construction projects to the delivery of contracting services and the design and marketing of each project.
